Is the the site dead? Far from it lol I’m just too busy building it to post…
So lets have a round up of the last month….
Well the site is according to a vague system around $10.7k not bad for an incomplete site with 25k links pointing at it!
I’ve added a toplist system to the site and the registration process will be opened in the next couple of weeks whilst I enable the last few bits that new users will want whilst the site is finished. Newsletters are a work in progress. Members tools include, mates, a mate to mate news broadcaster producing sexy Urbanwarfare HTML emails. Forums and internal messaging. The site has accumilated nearly 500 pages (according to our automated sitemap generators we currently supply google with 477 links and thats only including forum posts that are indexable) and it goes up every day.
Whats to come? well finishing the match management panels for players and match organisers is the next step after newsletters and then we move onto the fun part of intergrating HLStats into the system and producing a few top secret things for our servers.
All in all the end of August touch wood should see the site actually launched, recieiving clans and building up steam ready for the big one, Strike-Alpha a 5v5 CSS tournament with some great prizes and a lot of fun to be had.
